Workplace incidents, particularly those of a serious nature, may require investigation and in some cases, reporting to a regulator or governing body.

SS&T have highly skilled and experienced consultants who have the necessary knowledge and experience to conduct independent and unbiased incident investigations.

All SS&T incident investigations follow a structured process whilst performed in a professional manner and will incude:

  • Initial assessment of the situation.
  • Developing an investigation plan.
  • Collecting information and analyse data gathered to identify immediate and underlying causes and practical prevention measures.
  • Compile and communicate investigation reports to suit the legal requirements.
